By utilizing our services or enrolling in a course, you acknowledge and consent to abide by the terms outlined here. In case you do not agree with these terms or you are unable to sign a legal contract with us, you will not be able to register for a course or utilize our services.

We take our commitment to providing top-tier services seriously and want to ensure that all of our clients are well-informed and comfortable with the terms of our agreement. Course Requirements

  • As a prerequisite for registration, receiving support, and successfully completing a course, it is important that you possess a proficient level of English as well as the language in which the course is primarily offered. You will also need to have a valid email account and access to a computer with Internet connectivity.
  • For optimal performance, we strongly recommend using Google Chrome as your Internet browser when accessing our Online Website. Any additional software or resource requirements will be communicated upon registration or at the beginning of the course.
  • In the event that identification verification is required for your course, failure to submit valid identification through standard verification process will result in restricted access to certain parts of the course or withholding of your certificate or other credentials upon successful completion of the course.
  • If you experience a name change during the course presentation, it is essential that you promptly communicate this to your Student Adviser, who will provide guidance on the necessary procedures to be followed. Please note that the name on your identity document will appear on any credentials issued to you upon successful completion of the course.
  • Our response tone is always professional and respectful at all times, and we are committed to ensuring that our students receive the highest quality of education possible.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you are considering canceling your attendance at our upcoming live training event, we want to make sure you are aware of our refund policy. Cancelations made more than 14 days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund. If you need to cancel within 7 days of the event, you will receive a 25% refund. Unfortunately, if you cancel the day of the event, we will not be able to offer any refund.
  • We understand that things come up and plans change, so we have made cancelation as easy as possible. You can submit your cancelation in writing or via cell phone to TEEC USA. If you choose to submit your cancelation in writing, you can send an email to @email.com or reach out to us on social media.
  • At TEEC USA, we pride ourselves in our professionalism and commitment to our students. If you need to cancel, we will do our best to make the process as smooth as possible.

Copy Rights

  • As a leading provider of top-tier courses and events, we are dedicated to maintaining the utmost quality and excellence. As part of our commitment, we maintain complete ownership and exclusive rights to all the materials provided for our courses and events. Although we gladly share these materials with our valued participants, it is essential to acknowledge that the copyrights belong to us.
  • Once the materials have been provided, they become the personal property of the participant with the exception of the copyright. This means that no part of the materials may be used or reproduced in any form by any person or organization unless with a written consent from TEEC USA.

Intellectual Property

  • By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you acknowledge and fully understand that TEEC USA holds all worldwide rights, title, and interest in any and all programs, thematic content, derivative works, products, and other results of the experience/presentation. This includes any discoveries, inventions, or improvements that may arise from the consultation/experience/presentation. As such, all of these items shall be the sole property of TEEC USA.
  • Furthermore, any photos, videos, or written comments collected during the program are also the property of TEEC USA. By participating in the program, you give us permission to utilize these items for research or promotional efforts.
  • To ensure that our training materials remain exclusive to TEEC USA, we ask that you refrain from copying, renting, leasing, sub-licensing, loaning, translating, merging, adapting, varying, or modifying the training materials. Additionally, you are not permitted to alter or modify any part of the training materials or combine them with any other materials without prior written consent from TEEC USA.
  • It is your responsibility to supervise and control the use of the training materials by your employees and representatives, ensuring that they are used in accordance with the terms of this license.

Application & Registration

  • As a team of experts, we take great pride in reviewing each and every application with the utmost care and attention to detail. Our goal is to ensure that each applicant is placed in the most appropriate class for their specific needs and goals. Once accepted, you will receive an invitation to register for available seats in your desired class. Please note that registrations are limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis, so act quickly to secure your spot.
  • Upon approval of your application, you will receive an email confirming your registration within 48 hours. Our tuition includes live training, participation in communities of practice, and personalized coaching to help you achieve your leadership development goals. To secure your seat, payment in full must be made 30 days prior to the first day of the live training event. Please note that due to limited availability, we cannot confirm your seat until we have received payment.
  • We accept payments by debut cards, visas, Paybal, bank transfers or credit cards. Our cancellation policy applies to tuition refunds. Rest assured that our team is committed to providing you with the highest quality of training and support, and we look forward to helping you achieve your leadership development goals.

Pricing, Payment and Delivery

  • Payment Options: TEEC USA, at its sole discretion, may offer select payment plan options, including financing by third parties, to facilitate your payment of select course fees.
  • You may
    • Pay your course fees in full before the course start
    • Be invoiced for your course and required to pay the balance by a certain date
    • Choose a part-payment plan if offered
  • Part-Payment Plan
    • TEEC USA, at its sole discretion, may offer part-payment plans in certain circumstances under certain conditions.
  • If you choose to pay your course fees via either the internal TEEC USA part-payment plan or a third-party part-payment plan, you will receive additional terms and information about the applicable plan when you register for your course.
  • Payment of VAT and other Taxes
    • Any VAT or other applicable taxes payable in addition to the course fees will be identified in your invoice or information pack, and such amounts are your sole responsibility, unless the contrary is stated.
  • Consequences of non-payment
    • If you or your sponsor fails to make the minimum required payment for a course by the due date for payment (as agreed during registration and recorded in the invoice), then we may, at our sole discretion, remove you from the course or suspend your participation.
  • The individual or entity responsible for settling the invoice will be granted a specific timeframe to address any non-payment issues. If payment is not received within this additional timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel your registration and revoke your participation in the course, without any possibility of receiving a refund.
  • Dispute: If there is a dispute about payment of a course fee, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to temporarily suspend your participation in the course for the duration of the dispute.
  • Course fees may vary depending on location and other factors, and TEEC USA reserves the right to change any course fee at any time. Additionally, TEEC USA may offer select payment plan options, including financing by third parties, to facilitate your payment of select course fees. Tax invoices in electronic format will be sent to the email address provided upon registering for a course. The most important details are that the participant is responsible for any bank charges.

Warranty and Disclaimer

  • Our training services are designed to meet the specific needs outlined in each individual class agenda and are dedicated to providing highly qualified trainers who are capable of presenting the course material in the most effective and engaging way possible. In the event that a trainer is unable to fulfill their duties, TEEC USA reserves the right to substitute them with a suitably qualified replacement.
  • While we strive to provide uninterrupted access to our online content, we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or free from errors, bugs, viruses, and other issues. However, we are committed to promptly addressing any defects or issues that may arise, and we seriously consider the security of our content.
  • At TEEC USA, we are passionate about delivering high-quality training services that empower individuals and organizations to achieve their goals. We are confident that our dedication to excellence and commitment to professionalism will exceed your expectations.

Illness of Instructor

  • TEEC USA takes its commitment to its clients seriously and strives to provide exceptional services at all times. In the event of a instructor’s illness or inability to attend, we will do our utmost to secure an equivalent replacement within 48 hours. This ensures that our clients receive the same quality of service they have come to expect from us.
  • However, in rare cases where finding a replacement within the stated period is not feasible, we will promptly inform our clients of the situation. This constitutes a force majeure event, and we will work closely with our clients to find a suitable alternative that meets their needs.
  • In conclusion, TEEC USA is committed to providing exceptional service to our clients, and we will always go above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction. Our professional tone and unwavering dedication to our clients' needs set us apart from the competition, and we look forward to continue serving them with the highest level of excellence.

Credentials

  • Upon successfully completing a course and meeting all requirements for a digital badge or certificate, we will issue these credentials to you. The digital badge will be issued in your legal name and the email address you provided during registration. Similarly, the certificate of completion will be issued in your legal name as provided. Please note that certificates will be issued in English unless otherwise stated in the Online Campus or applicable course information packet.
  • If your course includes a physical certificate, we will courier it to the street address you provided during registration or any other address you have nominated under Section 67. However, please ensure that the address you provide is accurate as we cannot be held liable for any incorrect missing information. We also cannot guarantee the delivery date for your certificate.
  • If you choose to nominate a third party to receive or collect your printed certificate on your behalf, please note that this will be done at your own risk. TEEC USA will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft arising from this nomination.
  • In the event that you require a reprint of your certificate, you will be charged for the courier/shipping fee as well as any other fees determined by the Education Institution or TEEC USA from time to time. Additionally, you will be required to provide satisfactory evidence of the destruction or irretrievable loss of the original certificate. Please note that the original affidavit or sworn statement must be sent to us as soon as possible after the destruction or irretrievable loss has occurred or within three 3 months of non-delivery as provided for in Section 65.
